Paul Sasso - Founder & Principal
Paul’s journey into construction wasn’t a straight path—it was built on a lifelong curiosity about how things work and a knack for fixing just about anything. Growing up in Boston, he spent his early years as an auto mechanic, mastering the art of problem-solving under the hood. But when he moved to San Francisco, he discovered that his skills weren’t just mechanical—they were deeply rooted in a talent for building, creating, and bringing ideas to life.
While renovating his own home, Paul found himself hooked on construction—the challenge of transforming spaces, the satisfaction of craftsmanship, and the joy of helping people turn their vision into reality. After he completed his training as a general and electrical contractor he began his own handy man business. In 200, combining technical expertise with a deep appreciation for thoughtful design and quality workmanship.
For Paul, construction isn’t just about walls and wiring—it’s about making the impossible possible and creating homes that feel as good as they look. His greatest passion? Helping people navigate the process with confidence, clarity, and a little bit of magic, turning houses into spaces that truly feel like home.
Brian Stamper - COO & Principal
Brian’s career has been shaped by a keen eye for detail, a love of problem-solving, and a talent for bringing order to complexity. Originally from Kentucky, he studied Literature at the University of Kentucky as a Singletary Scholar. He initially set his sights on New York, but after a stop in San Francisco, he realized he found home.
His early career in commercial construction refined his ability to optimize operations, manage complex logistics, and drive efficiency across large-scale projects. From overseeing project bids to streamlining workflows and ensuring seamless coordination between teams, he developed a sharp eye for budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning. It was in this space that Brian developed not just his operational expertise, but his ability to bridge the gap between architects, designers, and clients, ensuring that even the most complex projects moved forward with clarity and efficiency.
After years in commercial construction, Brian found his niche at Sasso Construction, bringing his precision and rigor of large-scale developments to the residential space. His ability to untangle complex challenges, streamline operations, and keep projects running seamlessly has been instrumental in Sasso’s success. And while his expertise lies in operations, it’s his personal approach that makes him the heart and soul of the company.
